Super Chain (Hereinafter “Super Chain/We/us/Our), provides a dropshipping marketplace for dropshippers and suppliers to connect and build bonding together. Super Chain offers unique functions for dropshippers to import supplier’s products into their online shop and mark-up the price by percentage (The Technology).
This privacy policy describes how Super Chain collects, processes, uses the information about you. Super Chain consists of 2 parts the website (www.super-chain.tech) and the marketplace (www.dropship.super-chain.tech).
1.What information will be collected from you?
Business information – Supplier Account Information
Super Chain will collect business information from the supplier (The merchant of Super Chain), the business name, contact person name, contact information, registered documents from bank: mailing address, bank account or payment gateway account. Super Chain may need to ask for additional documentation to help us verify your identity and make sure that we maintain the security of your account. All of the information described in this paragraph is referred to as “Supplier Account Information.”
If you are the supplier who visits Super Chain website or marketplace, our system will automatically collect technical data your information from the devices, including IP address, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
The technical data will be collected by the following technologies :
- “Cookies” are small text files that are placed on your device, and often contain an unique identifier that allows us to recognize your device over time (for example so we can maintain a shopping cart of items that you would like to order, or in order to provide you with content or services we believe will be more relevant to you).

Super Chain will collect personal information from the dropshipper (The buyer and member of Super Chain), the personal information will be provided by you directly, including your name, contact information, address, email address.
